Some bosses are downright, flat out CRAZY, and that's crazy-making! I knew enough to realize that life is to short to spend 40 hrs a week of it being disrespected and belittled, manipulated and pigeonholed, undervalued and dismissed. Given this economic climate, I could not have picked a worse time to leave a job, and the tradeoff for sanity preservation has been costly for me and my goals. But would I make the same choice again?
